Why Attorney Renata Weissman For Your Brooklyn NY Family Law, Divorce, Separation etc.?

Why Renata Weissman For Your Brooklyn NY Family Law, Divorce, SeperationWhen you are going through one of the worst crises and traumas of your life (divorce, separation, prenup, postnup), you need to travel that road with someone that cares what you are going through and wants to make the process less painful for you. Renata Weissman chose to establish her own Family Law Practice in Brooklyn NY, for exactly those reasons. If you want an attorney that is knowledgeable, experienced and dedicated to your case, then you have come to the right place.

Renata Weissman established her own practice and Law Firm so that she would be in charge of every aspect of every case, giving you the individualized, dedicated attention that you need and deserve. She makes herself available at all times for her legal clients by phone and email and will give you a fast reply if she is not immediately available for you. Renata’s goal is for you understand what is going on in your case and for you to be educated on the law as it involves you. Renata wants to help give you back some of the power you feel you have lost. All decisions are yours to make because it is your life.  This means that just as Renata keeps you up to date on what happens in your case, you must keep her up to date from your end as well.  Renata will make you confident, that you have been told the truth, that you have some control in what is going on and that you have not been given unrealistic promises just to get your case in the door. That is not what Renata Weissman is all about.

Renata’s Family Law practice standards in choosing the cases she will take is simple.  She will not accept clients that want her to act unprofessionally, who will clearly ignore her advice to them and who trust no one. Instead, Renata will only take clients with whom she feels a connection that will allow them to work together well.  Her experience makes this choice obvious, though it may not be immediately obvious to clients. Attorney and client must be able to trust each other to be honest and forthcoming, with clients willing to take their attorney’s advice so they do not act in ways that will harm their cases.  Renata Weissman's Brooklyn Family Law Practice offers you shelter in your storm.

Unfortunately, there are attorneys that take unnecessary actions just to bill more in fees. That will not happen in this law office where Renata believes the practice of law to be a helping profession.  Part of that help is to make reasonable efforts to compromise and settle cases where it is possible which will lessen both the financial and emotional toll on you. In addition, in settlement, the decisions are those that you agree to and want, not what the Judge, a complete stranger to you, forces upon you.  But make no mistake. If there is no reasonable settlement possible, Renata is more than ready to take your case to trial and prepares for that possibility from the beginning. The last thing you want is an upcoming trial date and an attorney that has failed to prepare for trial, or worse, is afraid to go to trial! Trial does not intimidate Renata.

Renata interned with one of the Judges in the New York City Civil Court prior to her internship at the  Department of Homeland Security after which she interned for U.S. District Court Judge Michael Shipp in New Jersey. Through these chosen positions, she gained insight into how the system works at many levels and will apply that knowledge to your case.  Renata is not only  admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, Washington D.C. and the United States Supreme Court she is also proficient in Russian and basic Spanish in the event this will be helpful to you and your case.

To give you the opportunity for a first discussion with Renata, she offers a free fifteen minute telephone conference, call now Toll Free at 855-736-2829.  She will certainly have some basics to ask you, but make sure you have notes on the most important point you want to discuss. Fifteen minutes is not a great deal of time so being organized will help you. Renata wants you to walk away from that phone call with a feeling that you have gained some insight into your case and that the two of you will be able to work well together.
